To prepare & cook simple takeaway food such as breakfast baps, soup, burgers & chips in a newly refurbished kitchen train carriage at local heritage railway. They are looking for volunteers who can spare time on a Sunday and/or Bank Holidays during the running season April to October and Santa Specials during December. Rostered shift patterns negotiable. Transport essential as this is a rural location near Chapel Brampton.
Training Offered: Food hygiene Level 2 qualification would be funded by them. On-going practical training, supervision and support on site.
Skills:
- Some previous experience of working in a domestic kitchen environment essential.
- Practical knowledge of good food hygiene standards.
- Enthusiasm and a smile and able to work as a team member.

- Accessibility: Age restrictions over 16 years old only.

Availability:
- Sundays, Special Event Days and occasional Bank Holidays during running season April to October. Plus the Santa Special Days in December.
