What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a daily queue of allocated customer accounts
  • Contacting customers via phone, email, text, and letter to discuss arrears and agree suitable repayment plans
  • Offering forbearance options where a payment plan isn’t the right approach
  • Handling inbound calls and customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the right outcomes
  • Liaising with debt management agencies when appropriate
  • Taking manual payments securely over the phone
  • Reviewing customer credit information and maintaining accurate records

  • Previous experience in credit control, collections, or customer finance
