What You’ll Be Doing As part of a busy Contact Centre Team and reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, negotiating payments and updating files with efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to manage debtor communications swiftly. * Negotiate payment plans, working within guidelines to achieve business targets. * Log and maintain accurate records, ensuring files are consistently up-to-date. * Collaborate with Enforcement Agents as needed and take part in ongoing training to refine your skills. About You We're looking for someone with: * Exceptional call-handling skills and a confident, professional phone manner. * A proven track record of exceeding targets and a strong drive to meet them. * Great organiSational skills, adaptability under pressure, and team-oriented attitude. * Sound decision-making abilities and a knack for interpersonal communication. Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of enforcement collections, industry standards, or experience in Council Tax/Road Traffic Debt. * Strong mathematical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
