If you don’t have proven collections or debt recovery experience, this one won’t be the right fit. 🏠 Hybrid 💷 Package: * Basic salary £28,000- £30,000 * £35k+ with bonus * Inbound and outbound calls * Negotiating sustainable repayment plans * Confidently managing difficult and sensitive conversations with customers as the main focus * Working compliantly with vulnerable customers * You must have: * Recent hands-on collections/debt recovery experience * Confidence handling arrears, or regulated collections Please do not apply if you do not have collections experience — this role requires people who can hit the ground running
