I’m working with a fantastic small business that designs and manufactures bespoke furniture for childcare settings. They’re growing and looking for a proactive, confident, and highly organised Admin, Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role:

This is a varied position, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment. You’ll be at the heart of the business, managing office administration, supporting sales efforts, and handling marketing activities. If you love taking initiative and being the go-to person in an office, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing day-to-day office admin, including emails and customer inquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Supporting the sales process – from handling orders to following up on leads
  • Assisting with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional activities
  • Taking full ownership of your responsibilities and contributing to the company’s growth
