- Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting (Must be dated within 1 year)
- TB Test Results (must be dated within 3 months of submission date)
- Valid Government Issued ID (legible copy)
The advisor or placement coordinator must contact Valerie Abraham to request a placement. Once that is approved, the candidate should complete the application process and submit the required documentation. The candidate will be contacted by District staff for follow-up information.
