What you’ll be doing

You will lead on day-to-day communications, creating compelling content across digital and print channels that brings the school’s story to life. You will deliver targeted marketing campaigns and high-quality routine communications that strengthen relationships with parents and the wider community, all while ensuring our narrative remains aligned with the prestigious GDST brand and our unique school identity. You will also play a key role in the admissions function, providing a professional and welcoming experience for families from enquiry to enrolment. You will be a proactive ambassador for the school, ensuring every touchpoint for a prospective family is seamless and engaging.

What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role

Your role is vital in raising the school’s profile, building visibility to attract prospective parents and ensuring the continued retention of our current students. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, paired with a passion for promoting the benefits of an all-girls' education. While we welcome applications from broad marketing backgrounds, previous experience within an admissions or educational setting is highly preferred.
