At Northampton High School, we run a fleet of minibuses and MPVs to ensure our girls are safely and comfortably transported to and from school. We are looking for a minibus driver to join our professional and conscientious team. You will work 24 hours per fortnight, term time only, as part of a job share.
The shift patterns are as follows:
- 06:45 - 08:30
- 15:15 - 17:25
- Plus fueling and washing of the bus
What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:
- A valid Cat D1 classification on your driving licence plus an acceptable driving record
- Have/be prepared to take the MIDAS qualification
- The ability to react calmly in emergency situations
- Over 21 years of age
- Have/be prepared to take a suitable First Aid qualification
- Maintaining good customer relations with parents and the school and contributing to a good atmosphere on the bus
