Role Overview
We’re looking for an accredited or developing Clinical Vascular Scientist to join our friendly, expanding Vascular Studies Unit. Our team provides a full range of non‑invasive vascular investigations across clinics in the county, helping diagnose and manage patients with circulatory disorders.
This role offers an opportunity to develop your career, take on a varied clinical workload, and contribute to the growth of a county‑wide vascular service. You’ll be supported to participate in audit and service development, with excellent opportunities for professional progression.
We welcome applications from Experienced Accredited Vascular Scientists and from those working towards CSVS accreditation — with a developing Band 6 role available for the right candidate. Join our motivated, multidisciplinary team in Northampton and help us deliver exceptional vascular care.
Responsibilities
- Perform, interpret and report specialised vascular ultrasound examinations and blood flow measurements across the county to aid diagnosis of patients with suspected circulatory disorders.
- Continually develop knowledge and practice in the field of Vascular Technology and undertake clinical supervision of others in their training.
Qualifications
- Experienced Accredited Vascular Scientists or those working towards CSVS accreditation.
- Desire to develop a career, with a Band 6 role available for the right candidate.
