Salary: £31,944 – £35,307 per annum (starting normally aligned with the first point of the grade for the role).

Basis: Full time / Full Year
Region: Northampton
Package: 35 days pro rata annual leave, comprising 24 personal days, 8 bank holidays and 3 closure days (College reserves the right to designate up to 3 closure days per holiday year).

Required skills and qualifications
- Ability to interpret, query, and present data accurately and clearly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to explain data definitions, assumptions, and limitations clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple requests within agreed timescales
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small, interdependent technical team
- Professional and responsive approach to customer support
- Ability to provide a responsive and professional level of customer service at all times
- English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above, or willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
