Hours: Hourly paid contracts are variable and the hours can increase or decrease according to business needs.
Responsibilities: Your daily work will vary depending on the needs of the team, our students and the wider organisation, keeping things fresh, exciting and rewarding. Required skills and qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing, verbally, through sign language and/or through active listening with a diverse group of colleagues, students and stakeholders
- Ability to use a range of Information Technology (IT)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through to completion within prescribed deadlines
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide a responsive and professional level of customer service at all times
Education:
- English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above/willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
- Level 3 in British Sign Language (BSL)
