Many of the pupils referred to us are awaiting placement in specialist provisions, transitioning back into mainstream education, or may have missed significant time from school due to medical, social, or emotional challenges. As a 1:1 Tutor with Tradewind Recruitment, you’ll work with students in individual or small-group sessions, which may take place in schools, local learning centres, or home environments. You’ll have the autonomy to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student’s ability, focusing on key subject areas and helping them to achieve realistic, meaningful progress.
We’re looking for educators who:
