The Role
- Conduct tests according to validation plans and project milestones.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
- Perform endurance, environmental, robustness, and certification testing.
- Record and analyse test results, using statistical tools to assess product reliability.
- Participate in root cause analysis and product lifecycle investigations.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of Modular Test Laboratories (MTLs) and remote workshop facilities.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Act as a buddy for new engineers and support cross-functional teams.
About You
- Practical Test & Validation experience in industrial, portable, or motive power systems.
- Strong understanding of validation principles, experimental methods, and safety.
- Solution-focused, collaborative, and capable of delivering work packages on time and to quality standards.
- Willing to work onsite in Northamptonshire.
