About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced NPORS NN2 Telehandler Operator to join our [construction/site/operations] team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a telescopic handler to support daily site logistics, material handling, and lifting operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a telehandler (NN2) in accordance with site and NPORS safety standards
• Load, move, and place materials around the site safely and efficiently
• Conduct daily machine checks and report any defects or maintenance needs
• Assist site teams with lifting and moving materials as required
• Maintain high levels of safety, housekeeping, and professionalism on site
• Follow all site health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements

• Valid NPORS NN2 Telehandler ticket (must be in date)
• Proven experience operating telehandlers on active sites
• Good understanding of load charts and safe lifting practices
• CSCS card (preferred or required, depending on site)
• Strong awareness of site health & safety regulations
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions

Desirable

• Additional NPORS or CPCS qualifications (e.g. Slinger/Signaller, 360 Excavator)
• Experience on large-scale or busy construction projects
• Driving licence and own transport
