Location: Northampton
Shift: Monday-Thursday 07:30am-16:30pm, Friday 07:30am-12:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.21/hr-£12.82/hr (depending on experience)
Duties:
- Accurately operating a Flat bed & Post bed Sewing Machine
- Preparing & Skiving Leather for sewing
- Stitch marking & Hole punching of leather
- Supporting other production operatives to produce high-quality goods
- Regularly & Consistently quality checking products
The ideal candidate must:
- Have previous sewing machine experience
- Display a desire to learn about the industry and the nature of the business
- Be able to regularly commute to work each day
- Have proven work experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Be able to consistently hit production KPI's
- Show a positive & friendly attitude to work
