Our client is on the search for an experienced service and sales coordinator. They have a wealth of experience in their sector and have a part-time, permanent role available in their administrative team.

Your Role as a Service and Sales Coordinator

  • You will be office based in Northampton, working alongside the wider team.
  • Provide support across multiple divisions in the company, primarily service and finance.
  • Raise and follow up on quotations and service requests.
  • Create and manage reports as required.
  • Order processing and correctly raising invoices as required.
  • Partake in service meetings.
  • Utilise in-house CRM systems, alongside Tradify, Xero, and AutoEntry.
  • A Monday - Friday part-time, permanent position with some flexibility to when and number of hours worked (20 - 25 hours).

Ideal Background for the Service and Sales Coordinator Position

  • 3+ years' experience in an office based, customer dealing environment, ideally as a service coordinator.
  • Experience dealing with construction or engineering companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Exposure to Xero and Tradify is beneficial but not essential.
  • Happy and able to travel to the Northampton site daily.
  • Have the right to work in the UK indefinitely.
