Join our team on a major Defence project in the East Midlands. Location: Cranwell, Lincolnshire, with office visits to Rushden, Northamptonshire. Full‑time, site based. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project strategy and delivery plan.
- Manage a team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners, maintaining clear communication for customer satisfaction.
- Manage project finances, revenue, costs and cashflow, taking proactive action to prevent losses and maximise profitability.
- Oversee design management, ensuring information is provided according to procurement strategy and programme requirements.
- Create an inclusive workplace where wellbeing, diversity and collaboration are encouraged and valued.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in managing construction MEP projects with sound commercial and contractual awareness.
- Professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body (e.g. CIOB, RICS).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels.
- Passionate about health, safety and wellbeing with CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
- Genuine interest in creating sustainable buildings and embracing innovative construction methods.
- Exposure to large‑scale Defence or public sector projects is advantageous.
