We’re partnering with a well-established and innovative business within the construction manufacturing sector to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator for their expanding commercial team in Kettering. The Role
Working closely with the sales and estimating teams, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and preparing accurate quotation requests
- Producing polished proposal packs with visuals and product detail
- Managing sample and literature requests
- Processing customer orders and supporting the full order journey
- Maintaining organised electronic files and documentation
- Communicating confidently with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
You’ll become an integral part of the sales process — supporting key decision-making, enabling the team to perform at its best, and developing a strong understanding of the company’s products and commercial activity.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Analytical, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Confident communicating professionally, both in writing and over the phone
- Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to build their commercial skill set
- Competent across Microsoft Word and Excel

What’s on Offer?
Salary: Up to £26,000, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Annual Leave: 22 days + bank holidays, with:
