Actaris Site Services are currently seeking an experienced RLO for sites based in Northampton.

This role involves externals roofing and ongoing EWI works.

Responsibilities:

  1. Booking appointments and managing schedules.
  2. Handling resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
  4. Facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.
  5. Working proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships with all parties involved.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential (1-2 years +).
  2. Occupied refurbishment knowledge is also desirable.
  3. Strong health and safety knowledge.
  4. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  5. IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  8. Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated.
  9. Driving license.
