A great opportunity has been created for a class 2 Building Control to join our clients team based in Northampton on a long-term contract basis.
The Role:
- This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both Domestic and/or Commercial schemes.
- The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available).
- £65 - £80/hr DOE
- Initial 6-month contract
- Outside IR35 a possibility
- Minimum class 2A (more complex projects available to higher RBI classes)
- Full or part time available
