Are you a Quality Manager with a background of leading ISO accreditation projects in regulated sectors such as aerospace or defence, looking for a senior role with autonomy and chance to be instrumental in the continued success of a growing business?

In this role, you\\\'ll lead the implementation of new Quality and Compliance systems including ISO 27001, ISO 14001, AS9100, and List X, while managing ongoing ISO 9001 frameworks. Based full-time at their Northampton facility, you\\\'ll work alongside senior leaders and technical teams, driving business improvements, audit readiness, and a culture of compliance across the organisation.

This role would suit a Quality Manager or similar, with a background leading accreditation programmes in regulated industries and a deep understanding of ISO standards, looking to make a lasting impact within a growing business.

The Role

  • Lead and implement new quality and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 14001, AS9100, and List X
  • Manage and maintain ISO 9001 processes, extending them to meet wider compliance requirements
  • Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and manage external certification processes
  • Develop CAPA plans, risk registers, and ensure incident reporting meets best practice standards
  • Champion a culture of compliance and continuous improvement through training and internal engagement
  • Collaborate across departments to embed governance, security, and sustainability into operations
  • Full-time, office-based role in Northampton (Monday to Friday)

The Person

  • Quality & Compliance Manager or similar, with a background in regulated environments (Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing)
  • Experience in the implementation of at least one: ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, or List X frameworks
  • Commutable to Northampton
