What We Offer
- Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Shift allowance: £2,500 per annum for Day & Afternoon shifts; £3,500 per annum for Night shifts
- 21 days annual leave + UK bank holidays
- Plus 1 additional day per year of service, up to 4 extra days

The Role
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Production team, supporting the manufacture of generic liquid pharmaceutical products in multi-use bottle formats. This is a hands‑on role covering bulk liquid preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning within a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards, following SOPs, GMP, GDP and health & safety requirements at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out production activities including bulk preparation, bottle filling, packing and cleaning in line with SOPs.
- Operate and support liquid filling and bottling equipment.
- Perform line clearance, cleaning and area hygiene activities.
- Work in full compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
- Accurately complete batch records and production documentation.
- Report deviations, non‑conformances and equipment issues promptly.
The Candidate We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in generic pharmaceutical manufacturing, liquid production or a GMP‑regulated environment.
- Experience with liquid filling, bottling, packing lines or bulk preparation (highly desirable).
- Good understanding of GMP and controlled manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, regulated production environment.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night).
- Flexible to work any 7 days on a rota basis.
- Committed to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
