Working in dedicated areas covering racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Handling raw pork products and preparing them for processing.
- Operating machinery and equipment for curing, smoking, and cooking bacon.
- Ensuring all products meet high standards of quality and safety.
- Packaging and labeling finished products for distribution.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
