About the Role

As a Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with schools to place teachers and support staff into long-term and daily roles. Through our Impact Academy, you'll receive industry-leading recruitment training from day one.

What You'll Learn

  • How to source, screen, and interview education professionals
  • Writing candidate profiles and marketing them to schools
  • Managing candidate and client relationships
  • Progressing into full 360 recruitment, including business development and negotiation
