Duties and responsibilities for the Digital Sales Executive role include:
- Contacting customers digitally and analysing customer dashboards to identify customer information and contacts.
- Being proactive and searching for opportunities.
- Using the CRM and ERP systems to generate and manage leads.
- Providing technical solutions to customer requirements through digital channels.
- Showcasing the company's range of products by using the showroom to virtually host customer meetings and demonstrations.
Skills and experience required for the Digital Sales Executive role:
- Confident communicator with experience using Microsoft Teams.
