Overview
I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on the repairs team for a social housing provider in the Kettering area. The role is an on-going contract at £23 per hour with a company van and fuel card.
Responsibilities
- 2nd fix Joinery such as hanging doors, fitting skirting boards and architraves
- 2nd fix plumbing such as changing toilets, basins and taps
- Finishing skills such as patch plastering and tiling
Qualifications
- NVQ or City and Guilds in core trade
- Experience working in council properties
- Clean and valid UK driving license
