SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Background in Civil Law, preferably within the Clinical Negligence and/or Personal Injury sector, or a background in healthcare.
  • Preferably with some experience of care package provision and individuals with long term health needs.
  • Ability to understand and calculate costs associated with care/therapy provision as recommended within Associate Expert Witness reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus.
  • Ability to handle high volume of work and react to frequently changing time scales.
  • Ability to identify the medico-legal aspects of the claim-cycle.
  • Ability to work alongside and with other departments to meet customer needs.
  • IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Leadership skills.
