We are working in partnership with a number of progressive and inclusive secondary schools in Wellingborough, who are seeking motivated and inspiring Maths Teachers to join their departments from September 2025. These full-time, permanent roles offer the chance to teach in well-led schools where your creativity, subject knowledge, and impact in the classroom will be recognised and supported.
About the Role:

Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for experienced candidates)

Plan and teach differentiated lessons that make Mathematics meaningful and accessible for all learners

Promote mathematical thinking, problem-solving, and resilience through interactive teaching

Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback and support

Contribute to curriculum planning, cross-curricular initiatives, and enrichment such as Maths clubs, competitions, and themed events

Work collaboratively with a committed department to share best practice and support wider school improvement
We\’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a Maths specialism

A strong grasp of the Mathematics curriculum, assessment strategies, and effective pedagogy

A teacher who can bring Maths to life and develop students\’ confidence and curiosity

Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation
