Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver manufacturing improvement projects from concept to completion
- Analyse and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Apply APQP, PPAP, and FMEA methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability
- Use CAD software to design and refine production layouts and tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence
