Maintenance Plumber

My client is currently seeking a maintenance plumber to join an established team. You will have a plumbing qualification, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Health

Duties will include:

  1. PPM and Reactive Maintenance
  2. Plumbing and pipework (copper and PVC)
  3. Removing dead legs
  4. Plant checks on motors, pumps
  5. TMV checks
  6. Water checks
  7. General Fabric duties

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £36,000 plus call-out (1 in 3), overtime, company benefits, and more.
