We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a data-focused technology project within a large, complex organisation. This role sits within a wider technology and change portfolio and will focus on delivering data initiatives aligned to strategic, regulatory, and operational objectives. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and business partners to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of a data-led technology initiative
- Ownership of budget management, forecasting, and cost control
- Strong stakeholder management, engaging senior business and technology leaders
- Risk and issue management, including proactive escalation where required
- Delivery of clear project reporting, analysis, and governance updates
- Coordinating resources across multiple teams and workstreams
- Supporting change and transformation initiatives within a digital and technology environment
- Applying strong corporate governance, risk, and control standards
- Contributing to cost-benefit analysis (CBA) and value-driven decision-making
- Ensuring delivery aligns with broader strategic objectives
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Technology or Data Project Manager
- Strong background in budgeting, reporting, and financial management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue escalation, and controls
- Experience delivering digital, data, or technology change initiatives
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Comfortable working in structured, governance-led environments
Working Arrangements
- Based in Northampton, with a minimum expectation of 2 days onsite per week
- No regular travel required, with occasional visits to Radbroke if needed
