Responsibilities
- Working across various stages of production including raw preparation, slicing, curing, packing, boxing, and hygiene.
- Handling raw pork for ham production
- Operating machinery for slicing, curing, and packaging
- Following health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic environment
- Labelling and packing finished products for distribution
- Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production is a plus, but not essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced team
