Duties Include:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as the DWP, to promote and generate interest for our client's pre-employment / AEB programmes.
- Report on activity levels, candidate enquiries, and progress against targets.
- Identify and recruit learners, support with enrolment and completion of initial assessments and IAG.
- Work to monthly targets based on the generation of learner referrals.
- Promote our client as the provider of choice through community events and social media.
- Ensure information systems are kept up to date, with clear and detailed records relating to each learner.
- Manage your own diary effectively.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have a good understanding of AEB contracts.
- Must have experience working within a similar Learner Engagement/Recruitment role.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with referral partners.
- Good communication skills across various methods: face-to-face, online, and by phone.
- Proven experience working towards KPIs and targets.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate confidence, tenacity, and ability to work on own initiative.
- Full, clean driving licence.
