Job Description:

In this role, you will provide and continually improve tools to support and enhance the function and efficiency of the engineering and design groups.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform analysis and optimization of structures and assemblies
  • Supervise and guide other FEA Engineers
  • Develop and enhance tools to optimize FEA as required under the guidance of the Lead CAE engineer
  • Create and maintain databases to support the FEA engineering functions

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar
  • Extensive experience in F1 or other motorsport industries
  • Experience of FEA
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
