A leading award‑winning mechanical and electrical installer seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager based in or willing to commute to the Kettering area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and delivery of electrical installation projects up to £25M, including hospitals, new‑build industrial sheds, warehousing and distribution units, data centres, and other commercial or industrial schemes.
- Coordinate and supervise site‑based electrical project managers, site managers, supervisors and installation engineers.
- Collaborate with main contractors and specialist electrical engineers or subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Represent the company in client‑facing meetings, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered to client specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial background in M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management.
- Proven track record managing high‑value commercial and industrial electrical projects, preferably up to £25M.
- Experience with hospitals and high‑voltage (HV) installations is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
