Multi Trade Carpenter based in the Northampton/Kettering/Peterborough region required to work with a leading Housing Association. I am looking for an experienced multi trade carpenter to carry out planned and reactive repairs on void and tenanted social housing properties across the Northampton/Kettering/Peterborough region.
Work will include carrying out 2nd fix carpentry repairs ranging from hanging doors, lock replacements, replacing skirting and architraves. Work will also include larger repairs such as full renovations of kitchens and bathrooms. Experience in basic plumbing would be beneficial from minor repairs to some installations included with joinery based jobs.
This is a temporary position (with the opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance/attendance) working a standard 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 16:30pm. Pay rate: £20 per hour. Van and fuel card provided.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in Carpentry
- You will have experience of delivering multi-trade work with additional trade skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
