We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a busy commercial project. This is a hands-on role combining supervision with on-the-tools work, ensuring electrical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead electrical operatives on site while remaining hands-on
  • Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate daily activities, materials, and labour requirements
  • Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other trades
  • Carry out quality checks and ensure work meets specifications and drawings
  • Maintain site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
  • Promote and enforce health & safety standards at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial projects
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
  • ECS/CSCS Gold Card (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
