We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a busy commercial project. This is a hands-on role combining supervision with on-the-tools work, ensuring electrical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electrical operatives on site while remaining hands-on
- Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate daily activities, materials, and labour requirements
- Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other trades
- Carry out quality checks and ensure work meets specifications and drawings
- Maintain site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
- Promote and enforce health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial projects
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- ECS/CSCS Gold Card (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
