We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Test Manager
To lead the testing efforts on this ground-breaking project. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the flawless integration and validation of our advanced automation systems, coordinating with various teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from design to delivery.

What will you be doing?
- Develop and oversee comprehensive integration test strategies and plans for our large-scale automation systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Manage a team of integration test engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of test plans.
- Oversee the integration testing process, from hardware and software components to the full system, ensuring all elements work together seamlessly.
- Ensure that all testing is conducted in line with industry standards and best practices, maintaining the highest levels of quality and system reliability.
- Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, and communicate test results and system issues to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Oversee the commissioning and final testing of systems on customer sites, ensuring smooth handover and operation.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline would be an advantage but experience is more important.
- Proven track record in managing system integration testing within complex automation, logistics, or material handling environments.
- Strong experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), control systems, and automation technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks, integration tools, and system testing methodologies.
