Barker Ross is seeking Injection Moulding Machine Operators with assembly skills and Quality Control (QC) responsibilities for our client based in Spinney Hill, Northampton. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals experienced in injection moulding operations, assembly tasks, and quality inspection.

Job Details:

Shift: PM Shift
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
Friday: 13:00 – 20:00

Job Description:
Our client will invest in full training for this role, focusing on injection moulding machine operation, assembly tasks, and quality inspection. Once trained, you will primarily operate injection moulding machines, perform assembly tasks, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate injection moulding machines efficiently and safely
Perform assembly tasks according to detailed instructions
Inspect parts coming off the machine for defects, mistakes, and errors
Monitor and report any quality issues or discrepancies
Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in your work
Develop and improve your skills in injection moulding, assembly, and quality inspection over time

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Injection Moulding: Prior experience operating injection moulding machines is required.
Assembly Skills: Ability to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
Quality Control Experience: Experience in quality inspection and monitoring preferred.
