Monarch Education is an Education Recruitment Agency specialising in placing Teachers and Teaching Assistants in suitable roles. We are currently working with Primary Schools in the Wellingborough area to find a HLTA to start with them.
The ideal candidate will work across different year groups, assessing pupils\β needs, and using their knowledge and skills to support and enhance learning.
The candidate for this role should hold or be confident in the following:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to individuals, small groups, and classes, adapting activities as needed;
- Working within school policies and procedures;
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils\β development, progress, and attainment to support their learning;
- Collaborating with staff and professionals, providing relevant information about pupils;
- Using learning objectives to plan, evaluate, and differentiate lessons within the school\βs systems.

Applicants must have previous experience working in an educational setting, as the role requires an enhanced DBS check and two references.
