Handyman – IND1

TXM Recruit are looking for a Handyman to work on a6 months FTCin Wolverton, MK for a leading rail services company.

• This position will pay 15.59/per hour PAYE or £21.16/per hour Umbrella equivalant of the £30k base salary
• Working hours37 hours per week.
• Shift PatternMonday-Thursday 7am to 3pm & Friday 7am to 1pm.
• Overtime– Weekedays @ 1.5x – Weekends @ 2.0x

As a Handyman yourdutieswill be but not limited to

• General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
• This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
• Building inspections including internal and external walks.
• Repair, Service and Maintenance on PPM Vending Machines desireable (Mechanical skills ideally preferred)
• FLT LicenseNeeded
• IPAFNeeded
