General Warehouse Operative

Job Description

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Nights

Salary: £13.47 per hour (£12.25 + £1.22 Nights allowance)

Overtime: Paid at x1.33 hourly rate plus 10% Nights allowance, totaling approximately £17.91 per hour (£16.29 + £1.62 Nights allowance)

Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to the \’clean as you go\’ policy, with a focus on recycling and waste management.
2. Ensure all Personal Protective Equipment is used, worn, maintained, and report any health, safety, or welfare breaches immediately.
3. Perform warehouse operative duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
4. Pick and pack products according to order specifications.
5. Unload and load deliveries.
6. Replenish stock and maintain accurate records.
7. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and general maintenance.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
