Pay rate: Β£12.21 – Β£14.46 depending on shifts

  • 06:00-14:00
  • 14:00-22:00
  • 16:00 – 02:30
  • 22:00-06:00

ACS Staffing Solutions are pleased to be working with a new client in the Lodge farm, Northampton area. We are looking for dedicated Food Production Operatives to join our team. Our client is renowned for producing high-quality bacon, from raw ingredients to delicious, cooked products, and they work with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Working in dedicated areas covering racking, boxing, raw prep, slicing, rolling and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling raw pork products and preparing them for processing.
  • Operating machinery and equipment for curing, smoking, and cooking bacon.
  • Ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Packaging and labelling finished products for distribution.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
