Job Title: Flexo Printer – Double Days
Daventry, Northamptonshire
£34,900 per annum
Double Day Shifts:

Early Shift: 06:00 – 13:45, Mon–Thurs / 06:00 – 11:30, Fri
-
Late Shift: 13:30 – 21:15, Mon–Thurs / 11:15 – 17:00, Fri
(All shifts include a 30-minute lunch break)
We’re working with a leading player in the packaging and labelling industry who are looking for an experienced Flexo Printer to join their double day shift team in Daventry. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone confident on press and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
What you’ll be doing

Running and maintaining flexo printing machines to a high standard

Setting up jobs and adjusting press settings to ensure consistent print quality

Monitoring colour, registration, and repeat length throughout each run

Working closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve workflow
