Impact Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operative to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in Finedon. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business at a brand-new site, supporting the production of high-quality bespoke products within a clean and modern workshop environment. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the assembly process, working on a range of products including windows and doors. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous manufacturing experience and a keen eye for detail.

Role: Production Operative

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Finedon

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Daily Duties:

  • Assemble window and door frames to required specifications
  • Fit glass into frames safely and accurately
  • Install mechanisms, fixtures, and fittings
  • Carry out basic assembly tasks using hand tools
  • Support the production team to meet daily targets
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
