The Company

Our client (Main Contractor) operates within 3 key sectors; Leisure, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £20 million.

They are now looking to grow the Team with the introduction of a Document Controller, who is passionate about their career and look to make a difference. This position is office based and not site based and you will be influential in a variety of live projects.

About You

• Experience of working for a Construction company and an understanding of Construction terminology.
• Previous experience as a Document Controller.
• Reside within commutable distance of Market Harborough.
• Full document control support for a live project
• Managing incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinating with site teams and subcontractors
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using document management systems / CDE platforms
