Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils within KS1 and KS2? We are working with an OUTSTANDING rated school who are seeking to appoint numerous Teaching Assistants on a long term basis. The school is looking for caring and resilient individuals to join their team and make a real difference to students’ lives on a full time basis.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting pupils in all aspects of their learning and development.
- Using communication aids and sensory resources to engage and motivate pupils.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver individualised education and care plans.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous professional experience supporting children or young people.
- Understanding of safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
- A patient, positive, and compassionate approach.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Have an Enhanced Child DBS or willing to obtain.
