SEO Executive Northampton (hybrid working 1-2 days per week in the office) Full-time, permanent Salary £28,000- £30,000 per annum + quarterly bonus scheme.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-impact organic search strategies. You’ll lead on Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page optimisation, while adapting campaigns for AI-driven search and evolving Google algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SEO clients
- Deliver Technical, On-Page, Off-Page and Answer Engine Optimisation strategies
- Conduct keyword research, audits and competitor analysis
- Optimise for AI search, zero-click results and LLM visibility
- Analyse performance using GA4, SEMrush and Google Search Console
- Present clear, data-led reports to clients
- Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a proactive, analytical SEO professional with agency experience and strong client management skills.

- 2+ years’ hands‑on SEO experience
- Proven success improving rankings, traffic and conversions
- Confident managing multiple client accounts
- Skilled in SEMrush, GA4, GSC and CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify)
- Strong understanding of Google Core Updates and AI search trends
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
