Operations/Branch Manager – Recruitment Agency
Location: Daventry
Genuine Y1 OTE ÂŁ42,000 plus generous car allowance and full suite of benefits.
Our client, a well‑established national recruitment agency with an excellent reputation, has asked Green Elephant Recruitment to source an experienced Branch Manager or Senior Consultant to lead their branch in Daventry. Ideally coming from a multi‑sector background with Industrial/Commercial experience, you will be uniquely positioned to support this exciting company by ensuring:
- Profit and sales targets are met
- Staffing levels and quality of service delivered are of the highest possible standard
- Branch growth is achieved
