Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Process orders, returns, and credits efficiently using internal systems
- Build product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful guidance to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas
- Stay calm under pressure and manage priorities effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
